It’s such a magical day to be alive feeling blessed knowing I have the time to realize I’m right where I need to be I’m not wanted want for not and feeling free It’s such bittersweet poetry we are born and we die to infinity Once you’ve found your frequency the universe is a symphony and it happens so frequently it will happen for you and me So take a stand Stan or take a seat and rest those weary feet seize the day and seize the night seize everything there’s no need to fight It’s such a magical day to be alive feeling blessed knowing we have the time to realize we’re right where we need to be we’re not wanted want for not and feeling free It’s such bittersweet poetry we are born and we die to infinity Once you’ve found your frequency the universe is a symphony and it happens so frequently it will happen for you and me it will happen for you and me it will happen for you and me You know we’ve all been knocked around still we got back up off the ground so high we will have to find our place as we stare off into outer space our Frequency to Infinity Once you’ve found your frequency the universe is a symphony and it happens so frequently it will happen for you and me this is our frequency to infinity

Break free from what holds me back time to live my life with no regret anxieties they slip away deeply breathing up up and away take this time to see things clearly tired of being tired tired and weary anxieties they slip away deeply breathing up up and away anxieties they slip away deeply breathing up up and away you may slip and you may fall the wherewithal to get back up have no fear there is nothing to fear but fear itself and you’ll hear yourself clearly clearly break free from what holds me back time to live my life with no regret anxieties they slip away deeply breathing up up and away up up and away

Sarah 03:28
The rain only mists now as clouds they dissipate smoke on the horizon many souls without a grave she puts her head down as if she’ll walk away instead she slowly turns with only this to say I swear I heard her say let’s go for the kill boys You fight for the weak you fight for the lost against tyranny and those who hurt children the most behind the scenes or on the front rising up until the stars fall in love a place in this world you’ve fought for most after all these years and all you’ve done the war is over put down your gun Oh Sarah the world no longer waits on the state of things things are pretty much a state and now that you’ve come our hope shall never fade the light in the darkness is a light that guides the way let’s go for the kill boys
8.
Valentines 02:58
Softly now through the past let’s do that understand we’re almost there hand in hand remembering who we are where we’ve been forget the cards the chocolate bears and flowers red all we need communicate the both of us a state of trust Valentines love in the air hold on tight we’re almost there a tree of life a tree of love timelessness always there every day is Valentines when you are here I want to sing I love you I love you I love you I do
9.
I remember those were the days we could go all night we would scream and shout at the moon we’d howl rock n roll never dies lay me down to sleep amid silver streams while on the drive for Athens we awoke from a dream fiend athletes lining up the streets they can go all night never here for your golden medals they’re only here for a time lay them down to sleep amid silver streams while on the drive for Athens they’ll awake from a dream bring back north atlantic cod and the Peace-a-Chord we are arming ourselves with song gonna take back George lay me down to sleep amid silver streams while on the drive for Athens I’ll awake from a dream and I digress as we leave our homes as a people where will we go
10.
Wonky House 03:22
Don’t you know this is our home this space we live in this place we’ve grown until the end I shall cherish it the time we’ve spent this love we’ve had time to let the sadness go happy tears a happy glow with everything you’ve meant to me I want to share for the world to see I know some things can be hard sometimes I don’t know where to start this ol’ slanty shanty these warm memories close to the heart your loving face the warm embrace of this wonky place I love this Wonky House
11.
Domino's 03:30
Careful now place them close in a line around they go each to their own choices made the world a stage those lines are said taking turns you go first lie or not the truth hurts it excites to be so dull a masquerade in the great parade tread lightly now heavy handed clouded head open mind silver tongue pour it out it’s sublime sounds so fine don’t you see it’s hard to be anything but what you’ve been no rewind just start stop you hit send until the end tip the first watch them fall domino’s there they go break the chain begin again it’s your call it’s your game
12.
part 1 down here finding out don’t leave here now breathe out inhale part 2 there must be something at the slightest resist which moves us inward closer to unveil that clock that has no time broken but transfixed the moments we surrender upon this rock of saged advances devised by our meaning to this ponderous “end’ it’s time to go we have to leave now leaving now it’s time to go time to go now we leave where we go fauzywa at the push of that aged bang once recalled does not rewind in nature and thus we are not captains of our own initiative but the witness to our becoming of which we are instinctively connected with by the demise thereof and eternally deemed necessary as such by infinite sense of humor and the desire to invigorate part 3 ...

about

This album was written and recorded in the month of February for the RPM Challenge Newfoundland & Labrador.
This year dowJONESnow had 14 of their friends send in a "Genesis Track" to build each song around.
A "Genesis Track" is one rhythmic track that the band can use not only in the song, but for inspiration.
